Shipping Policy
We Ship Pan India using Ecom Express and Blue Dart.
All domestic orders placed before 12 Noon on a working day are dispatched on the same day.
Any orders placed on a Sunday, public holiday or after 12 Noon will be dispatched on the next working day.
We work Monday thru Saturday except public holidays.
Transit times across India are as follows:
Delhi NCR – 1 to 2 working days
Metro Cities – 1 to 3 working days
North India – 2 to 4 working days
Rest of India – 2 to 5 working days

Return Policy
All standard orders are returnable within 7 days of delivery. In lieu of the return, we will provide you a credit note that can be used on our store within 30 days of issue. To open a return request, visit www.chaiyaar.in/issue
In case you receive any products damaged in transit, we will be happy to send you a replacement. In the exceptional case that we do not have the replacement in stock and you are not happy with a different design, we will be happy to process a refund to you. To file a complaint for damaged orders, please visit www.chaiyaar.in/issue
Please be careful to give us your accurate delivery information. Our courier partners are committed to fulfilling your deliveries but cannot do so if they are not given complete details. In most cases, the delivery contact number provided by you should be enabled to receive OTPs thereby enabling delivery.
